I don’t get it…

I pride myself on not being a complete moron. I have moments where I make some poor decisions, but I like to think that on average I’m not a dummy.

Except today I realized I may be wrong. I can not, I repeat CAN NOT, bake a potato. Today was my 300th try doing so and it didn’t work. I stick that sucker in the oven and it cooks and cooks and cooks and cooks. I pull it out and it is still raw as the moment it went into the oven. If I didn’t know better I would think that the oven wasn’t even turned on.

I had big plans on using my greek yogurt in place of sour cream and adding a little salsa to the mix to give it a little umph. Instead I ate a half raw potato in hopes that at some point it would get better. No such luck.

Sigh…I’ll update more after I mope around a little more about my stupid potato.
