My dad officially arrived this afternoon!Not only was I excited, but so was Korky. Doesn’t he look excited?!
What a bum.
My Dad got in around dinner time to I whisked him right off to eat at Henrietta’s Table over in Harvard Square. I love the idea that they rely on local farmers and fisherman to keep their kitchen stocked. Our meals were excellent and everything tasted so fresh!
Starting Off-

Maine Rock Crab Cake, Tartar Sauce, Native Vegetable Slaw with Sorrel Vinaigrette
My Main-
Salmon w/ New Jersey Asparagus and Roasted Potatoes
Dad’s Main-
House Maple Smoked & Grilled Duck Breast, Confit Leg, Native Cranberry Chutney, Port Wine Reduction
Our dishes were spot on. My dad absolutely loved his duck and my dish inspired me to figure out how to grow watercress. I will be back Henrietta!
