Ever have those days where you just HAVE to have something fresh in your body? You crave vegetables and fruit? I’m having one of those days. My fruit situation didn’t work out so well earlier (stupid orange), so I tried again for dinner.
Thank goodness for a chocked-full of veggies salad. My veggie friends included are:
Romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, sliced avocado, red pepper and red onion.
At the end of the night I was still craving fruit. Does a lemon bar count? In Erin World it does!
Before you yell that they aren’t you should take note that these are bite sized. Bite sized make everything better!
