I hate technology. More specifically, technology hates me. I am notorious for ruining items like cell phones, computers, and cameras in record time. My last computer at work had to be replaced because it would shut down repeatedly throughout the day without warning. I had it for 4 months! They gave it to someone else and it has worked fine for almost a year.
I’m telling you this because yesterday I mentioned I would have a video. I do not have a video today. Why? Because my computer hates me and ate half of the video while I was editing it. Oh, and just in case that wasn’t cool enough, my camera ate 4 of my photos that I was going to post. Cool. Really cool.
It must be my magnetic personality. (Get it? Heh.)
So instead I will just write about the things that were in my video. Always be prepared!
The Tone It Up Girls are gearing up for the last holiday of the summer, Labor Day, with a big healthy push called Beach Week!

I have some traveling plans at the end of next week so I will actually be starting the 5 Day Slim Down (#5DSD on Twitter) portion of Beach Week TOMORROW! I’ll be tweeting my meals (@ErinTIU) and blogging about the whole week’s experience too. I know that has you on the edge of your seat, right?
On of the main pieces of the TIUs approach to healthy living is to get in a Bootycall Workout each morning. Poor choice of wording, but you get the idea. They encourage everyone to wake up just 30 minutes earlier each day to get in some form of exercise. Since I’m right in the middle of a Jillian Michael’s marathon I will be using that time to do those videos and then participate in the TIU workouts at night. Planning FTW!
