Friday Workout Wrap-Up

Hi folks! Its been a busy week around here and not much has happened of any interest. Is that sad?! I’m not sure. Sometimes life just isn’t that bloggable! ;)

However, I have been fitting in some quick workouts after work and wanted to share a few of my favorites with you. I always have a few minutes to spare and these popular 15-minute workouts are perfect! Pinterest and YouTube are my BFF these days!

Lower Abs- I can feel the burn with these suckers!

Check out my Work It Out Pinterest board with quite a few great quick workouts that you can do at home. I’m loving the 15 minute workouts lately and you can pair them all together for a full body workout!


The 100 Workout from Blogilates. Not going to lie. I turn the sound down on this one. I just can’t with the talking. However, the workout is perfect for a quick session.

One more from the TIU Girls…The Lift & Tone Booty Routine. I learned how much I lacked in balance on the Bonsai Booty move around minute 3:00.

Tomorrow I’ll be up bright and early for my kettle bells class and then it is off to meet up with a blog friend,Lauren, for the very first time! I can’t wait!

I’ve never done a YouTube workout- I think Charlie would think I’m rolling around playing with him haha :P

Your workout posts are inspiring me, and LOVE the pinterest board! Now I just need to pull the trigger and FINALLY get back to working out…I just can’t seem to motivate….
