Happy Birthday to me! As of today I am 33 years old!
*FYI…most vain post ever ahead! It is all about meeeeee!*
As a kid I celebrated my birthday month. As an adult I’ve grown a bit more realistic and now only celebrate my birthday week. So mature, huh?
I mentioned at the start of the year that 2012 was kind of a blur. When I look back at the year I can pinpoint some times that would have been great if I relaxed or didn’t stress so much about work, but there were also some really really fun times while I was 32.
While I was 32 I did quite a bit of traveling. Vermont, Connecticut, Florida, NYC, Maryland, and of course, Punta Cana.
I had some amazing experiences. Hot air ballooning, visiting the 9/11 memorial, participating in The Color Run 5k, riding the beach wheel, and learning to surf in the Caribbean Sea.
This was also the year of blog conferences and seeing some of my long time blog friends. The Food Blog Forum in Orlando, BlogHer in NYC, Blog Better Boston, and the Healthy Living Summit.
And of course, there was some serious quality time with friends and family!
I also can’t forget about another year with my Korky (The Mutt). Kork has been my constant companion for 10 years now and he is just as cute now as he was when he was a puppy. He celebrates with me each year!
After looking back at 32 I can say that without a doubt that life gets better and better each year. I’m convinced that 2013 is just screaming to my year (born on the 13th, 2013 and I’m 33?!) so I’m ready to get it started.
Cheers to 33! To all you other Aquarius and February kids out there, Happy Birthday to you too!

Now is not the time to start decreasing your birthday celebration time! I rock the entire month of March, or as my friends call it – month of Sharon, and I’m almost 46! I really enjoy your blog and Happy Birthday:)

Woohoo- 32 was a great year for you!! But I’m sad that you were in MD and I didn’t see you! At least we got to hang for a bit in October in YOUR town and will gets LOTS of QT in May in Utah!!
