Small break last week, but I’m back in action!
BFast

1 egg & 2 egg whites scrambled w/ 1/2 c. roasted broccoli.
Lunch

Black Bean & Brown Rice Bake (which looks disgusting but it is quite tasty) w/ plum. Recipe for bake coming soon!

Grilled Tuna topped with homemade pesto, 1 c. brown rice, HUGE salad.
Snackipoos

3 mini bell peppers w/ 1 package of Wholly Guacamole 100 calorie pack.

1/2 banana w/ 1 tbsp almond butter (pre workout snack)

3 pickled asparagus spears.
Working It
Gym! 35 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes on the treadmill.

The most fantastic salad from a local thai place. SOOOOO GOOOD. + Tom Yum soup.

red pepper slices w/ 100 calorie Wholly Guacamole pack+ a string cheese
Work It Out
3 miles between work and walking the Mutt. I miss the gym but the after work schedule has prevented me from going. Back on Saturday!
