I’m back on the smoked salmon kick. After this pic I pulled that little bit of brown off. I have no idea what that means as far as if it is bad or not, but I was hungry. Eh. Oh wells.

Lunch

Brown baggin’ it these days!

6” roasted chicken sub with all the veggies and 1 c. Fire Roasted Pepper and Tomato Soup.

Dinnah

Unpictured baked potato w/ greek yogurt and salsa. It was delicious and ate it before I even *thought* to take a pic.

Snack Attack!

An orange almost the size of my head. I have a bowling ball head. You do the math on how big that baby was.

Refrigerator “pickles”. More info coming on these soon!

+ some other random fruit thrown in there and a gummy worm that I used to pretend I had a snake tongue to drive my co-worker nuts.

Daily Eats is back! It feels good to use the camera.

1 slice Ezekiel bread, 1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese, 1 oz. smoked salmon (duplicate breakfast=reused photo)

Lunch

Fire Roasted Pepper and Tomato Soup (recipe coming tomorrow!) & an abnormally large orange

Dinnah

OUT at Max & Dylan’s! BBQ Chicken Salad w/ roasted corn, feta and cherry tomatoes w/ a glass of Petite Syrah wine

Snackipoos

A few random gummy worms, a hardboiled egg, 1 Coco Pop Cake w/ 1 tbsp of hummus

Daily Eats 8/23/11

Small break last week, but I’m back in action!

BFast

1 egg & 2 egg whites scrambled w/ 1/2 c. roasted broccoli.

Lunch

Black Bean & Brown Rice Bake (which looks disgusting but it is quite tasty) w/ plum. Recipe for bake coming soon!

Dinnah

Grilled Tuna topped with homemade pesto, 1 c. brown rice, HUGE salad.

Snackipoos

3 mini bell peppers w/ 1 package of Wholly Guacamole 100 calorie pack.

1/2 banana w/ 1 tbsp almond butter (pre workout snack)

3 pickled asparagus spears.

Working It

Gym! 35 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes on the treadmill.
