Oreo Truffles

In the mix (Makes ~40 truffles):
-1 package Oreo Cookies
-1 8oz. Cream Cheese, softened (You can use light cream cheese, if desired)
-Ghirardelli White Chocolate Bark

Directions:

*Finely crush cookies in food processor. Set aside 2 tbsp for later use.

*Mash the rest of the crushed cookies with cream cheese. Place mixture in fridge for about 30 minutes.

*Once chilled, use spoon or ice cream scoop to create tbsp sized balls. Place on foil lined pan.

*Melt chocolate according to directions.

*Dip cookie balls into chocolate and set on foil lined pan. If the cookie mixture starts to get hard to dip or starts to crumble, place cookie balls in the freezer for about 30 minutes.

*Using the crushed cookies that were set aside earlier, sprinkle the crumbs over the chocolate dipped balls for decoration.

*Store and enjoy! You can put these in the fridge, but I prefer the freezer.
