Roasted Vegetables

In the mix:
-any vegetable (cauliflower, broccoli, brussels sprouts, carrots, onions, etc)
-olive oil (1 tsp of oil per 1 cup of veggies)
-salt

Directions:

*Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

* Cut vegetables into bite-sized chunks.

*Place vegetables in lined pan. Pour oil over vegetables and shake pan to make sure all veggies are covered in oil.

* Shake any seasonings over the vegetables.

*Bake for 20-30 minutes, checking to make sure they don’t get too crispy.
